January 20, 2012:     CarlFarima.com is up and running. Check it out.   New Domain: I registered www.CarlFarima.com today and have established a place holder for a new website.

January 1, 2012:     This website is being renovated. It has been almost five years since its last update. My late wife, Sharlene, died on May 12, 2007. My world stopped. Both this website and my other site, ArtByCarl.com, froze in time on that day. Indeed, my whole life froze. I have spent five years grieving and changing, growing and moving forward, to the place where I now have an interest in websites and hobbies again. It's been a long journey. Nonetheless, I am now revamping this site with a new and contemporary look and feel.

I am designing this site from scratch using SiteSpinner software. I am using a bare bones approach, eliminating blinking buttons and flashing text to create a quiet, thoughtful, place to hang out.

My life today is completely changed and full of children, love, work, and fun. My connection with my kids and grandkids is strong too, so the site will reflect that. In fact, my personal bio and career information has a place here, but it has taken a back seat to my new wife and my real world. Today I am living forward, completely in this minute. I am so grateful for today and the wonderful place I am in.
